New issue 20938 by [email protected]: SSL error page is tailored to
Windows
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=20938

Chrome Version : 4.0.206.0 svn20090902r25168
OS + version : Ubuntu Karmic Koala (current)
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 32bit Intel PIII-m
window manager : metacity
URLs (if applicable) : any url generating an SSL warning/error
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable):
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional):

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. navigate to any HTTPS url which will generate a certificate
warning/error
2. click the 'Help me understand' link on the resulting warning page
3. read the text, the bottom line reads:

"Contact your organization's help staff for assistance in adding a new
root certificate to Windows."

This will not help a Linux user very much. Change that text to an OS-
independent format, eg:

"Contact your organization's help staff for assistance in adding a new
root certificate to your system" (or 'browser', or ...)

What is the expected result?

What happens instead?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
