Assigning to Glen to tell me how to repro. The following works for me: 1. Create a new profile 2. Do some navigation so that the NTP shows some custom items 3. Open a second window 4. Black list one item 5. Reload the other window and see how the thumbnail is gone 6. Click the undo link 7.
