Linux: Initialize the focus ring color preference values. This fixes an
UMR when running the RenderView unit tests. The tests create a RenderView
object using the default constructor of RendererPreferences. The
uninitialized values are then passed through to WebKit to set the focus
ring color.

TEST=Covered by valgrinding unit tests.
