Comment #1 on issue 21078 by s.jaafarahmed: New tab is slow when no other new tab is open http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=21078
Three points to be added here: 1. I have created another profile and it has the same issue. 2. I tried to test if Ctrl+J and Ctrl+H have the same problem; and they do. Whether there is a new tab left open or not; those two commands open their tabs slowly. 3. If I open the history tab and searched for a word and left it open, then opening a new history page will open fast. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
