We're unable to get a consistent reproduction to help us debug this.
The Google login team might have made changes here. Whenever I go to
https://www.gmail.com/ with 'Restrict how third party cookies may be used',
I get a
helpful error page (instead of the redirect loop page).
There's nothing we can do for Mstone:3, but I'd like to leave this open for
Mstone:4.
We're currently at 20 stars, and we can monitor whether that increases.
If someone can capture HTTP traffic (using wireshark or a proxy like
Fiddler) when
the redirect loop message appears, that would help us understand the issue
better.
