What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Maximize google chrome window.

What is the expected result?
The window should maximize and fit the desktop size.
What happens instead?
Only the upper border of the window is visible, but most of it is not
visible (Check attached img), full screen (f11) mode works correctly.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This happened under windows xp professional sp3. notebook acer aspire 4520,
14.1" screen resolution 1280x800 (In other resolutions the problem
persists).
This issue started with the last update of Google Chrome, no other
program/window shows this problem. Previous versions of google chrome where
ok. i already re-instaled google chrome and tested without windows theme,
but the reported problem persists.
