Background opening of tabs is broken, marking as Pri-1.
I'd consider this Pri-0, feel free to escalate if you are on the UI team
and agree.
This applies to any means of opening tabs: middle-click, ctrl-click and
context-menu.
If the tab is opened in the background it does not redraw when switched to.
Resizing
the window slightly forces the redraw.
