Actually, I'd like to ship this to a scrub.

The current code goes out of it's way to add extensions based on mime  
types.  In
talking with Mark we both were wondering if this is really good.  The  
intent is to avoid
something that is foo.gif actually being a executable, etc, so we add  
extensions, but
it seems like with post processing someone could force the reverse, foo.gif  
could
end up running through winzip/etc. so again, they though they were  
downloading an
image, but they end up sending something bad in.

Maybe we need to do something to message when we changed the extension to  
help
make the user release before the click on the download and launch an app as  
it could
now be something different then they thought when they started the download.
