What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download a file that is more than about 50MB.
2. download will finish, but smaller than the original file.
What is the expected result?
download a file and it is not corrupted.
What happens instead?
a downloaded file is small and corrupted.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
If disk-cache-size is set, it will be the size about 1/8 of disk-cache-size.
disk-cache-size
1073741824 -> about 128MB
268435456 -> about 32MB
134217728 -> about 16MB
33554432 -> about 4MB
0 or not set -> about 25MB
