What steps will reproduce the problem?
Chromium cuts off downloads that are greater than 10 mb.
What is the expected result?
File larger than 10 mb should be downloaded completely.
What happens instead?
Download immediately stops upon reaching 10 mb, leaving you with an
incomplete file.
