IE 8: no donwload manager
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a normal window, get a download
2. Get a "Private Browsing" windows and start a download again
3. Hit Ctrl+J, Chrome shows data from your download
What is the expected result?
"Private" Chrome shows data from downloads started within the privative
browsing.
What happens instead?
"Private" Chrome shows data from downloads started within the normal
window, just copycating it.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
