of image chopped off
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=21987

Chrome Version : 4.0.206.1
URLs (if applicable):

tor_diagram.svg

Other browsers tested:

Safari 4: PARTIAL FAIL (Bottom of image cut off, but labels appear)
   Firefox 3.x: PASS
IE 8: not applicable - can't open .svg files in internet explorer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the first link, all the labels on the .svg work.
2. Click on the picture or open the second link.
3. Notice missing labels and bottom of image cut off.

What is the expected result?

All labels should appear. Bottom of image shouldn't be cut off

What happens instead?

Labels for "Temperature", "Safety Valve", "Pressure Regulator" and
"Pressure Raising Vaporiser"

Bottom of image is cut off.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

wikipedia gives this information about the picture: SVG file, nominally 700
× 536 pixels, file size: 66 KB

The picture was created in inkscape, based on a diagram by me in microsoft
word (I'm useless with images, what can I say ^_^)
