There are several issues here. First is that when Flash itself has
hundreds or thousands
of objects it's going to be slow and we can't do anything about that.
Second is that
maybe when the plugin process is slow, we are doing something less than
ideal with
message handling. This is covered in bug 11247. Third is that when you
have
hundreds of tabs open you're probably blowing out system RAM and paging
incessantly;
this is covered by bug 11700.
I'm going to close as this is covered by other bugs.
