I have this issue, --no-sandbox works for me. I have tried the other options provided in #1... both --disable-job and --disable-winsta didnt fix the issue. I did have chrome before and it worked fine until I upgraded. I have actually uninstalled chrome, deleted every file I could find for it on the HD and registrty stuff but that didnt fix it. until I added --no-sandbox.
