in new title bar appearing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a bookmark
2. Drag it over the New Tab + icon.
3. Notice the bug (a new window with negligible height)
What is the expected result?
It should show the dragged link, as in previous versions
What happens instead?
It shows a window with the Title, min/max/close buttons.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
