What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open above URL, and check all check boxes at the bottom, especially the
"Suppress default action"
2. Press a command key binding, such as cmd-t
3.

What is the expected result?
Nothing. The default behavior of cmd-t (Open a new tab) shall be
suppressed.

What happens instead?
A new tab was opened.
