Comment #1 on issue 21450 by Sep102: windows media player plugin won't load up correctly http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=21450
I think this might be the same issue that I was having. I tend to follow the latest Chromium version and just recently had WMP support break on me. It works if I explicitly install the "Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin," where before it would implicitly include this as a plugin in about:plugins. I noticed this mainly because Chrome used to support audio/mpeg and video/mpeg mime types for WMP but the installed plugin does not. Working through the builds, I found that build 25644 (4.0.208.0) has the plugin implicit (and working the way I want it to). However in the next continuous build, 25671, this is broken. Both of these builds were on 2009-09-08 (for easy tracking). -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
