Comment #25 on issue 5212 by t...@crowdersoftware.com: BUG: Chrome does not respond to a mouse click at times http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5212
@gwilson: I'm not seeing any corrolation between memory use and issues with the buttons being ignored. Looking at about:memory when I have small pages open, I'm only seeing small amounts of memory (others, like gmail, are quite a bit larger). A small straightforward page has these stats on about:memory: 1016k, 1188k, 2204k | 3012k, 2884k Gmail has these: 26640k, 2936k, 29576k | 56316k, 2884k If it were memory-related, I would expect it to be intermittent. It isn't. It's perfectly reliable: 1. Right-click a link and click "Open in New Tab" 2. While that's loading, right-click another link and /try/ to click "Open in New Tab" -- fails. That scenario is completely reliable: When a tab is loading a page, I right-click to get the context menu, but I can't select anything from it. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
