Play a video on Hulu 2. 3. What is the expected result? Smooth playback What happens instead? FPS eventually slow down to less than 1 Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. If I wiggle the mouse pointer around over the video, it seems to play smoothly, but after I leave it alone the frames per second degrade again.
