What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do a post on a form that returns a URL with an anchor in it (like on some
message boards)
2. Try to refresh the resulting page
3.
What is the expected result?
In all browsers you can refresh a page if you press the refresh button.
What happens instead?
Nothing. You cannot refresh a page.
