New issue 24510 by [email protected]: A red strike-through line is drawn
on any https:// sites
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=24510

Chrome Version : 4.0.222.4 (Developer Build 28662)
OS + version : Ubuntu 9.04
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 32
window manager : GNOME default
URLs (if applicable) : https://mail.google.com/
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit a https site that has _valid_ SSL certificates (e.g.,
https://mail.google.com/).

What is the expected result?
The URL on Omnibar is shown without a red strike-through line.

What happens instead?
The red strike-through line is drawn on Omnibox. Maybe a regression caused
by
28510?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
