New issue 24866 by venkataram...@chromium.org: 'Get themes' should bring up minimized window. http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=24866 -Bring up Chrome options dialog. -Minimize Chrome browser window. -Click on 'Get themes' link under Options/personal stuff tab. Expected: Browser window should come to foreground displaying themes gallery page.
