New issue 24871 by scher...@chromium.org: Mac default UI has black time bar http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=24871 Load any <video> or <audio> with controls. The time bar is now black. Most likely a regression due to refactoring however the layout test rebaselines were checked in with the incorrect rendering.
