https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29909 has a patch using v8::String::Concat which passes tests and has been r+'d. Currently the patch is waiting for r3066 in bleeding_edge to get merged into v8 trunk, Chromium to roll DEPS up to that revision.
