Something has changed. I don't think anything changed with Chrome. I think a change was made at the Google Docs end of things. It started when some of the folders in my bookmarks bar shifted, which was unusual. I moved them back in place, and now my no-name bookmarks (which have also shuffled a bit) will not allow themselves to be moved at all. If I move one, in about a second or so, it snaps right back to where it started. I can no longer sort my icons in a specific order.
