"Bookmarks synced..." seems to break convention; menu items are either
imperative
clauses ("Find Symbol") or noun phrases that describe a feature ("Symbol
Finder"). A
past tense phrase describing the current state strikes me as really weird.
Wouldn't it be more conventional to keep the text "Sync my bookmarks..."
always, and
just make it a checked menu item?
