New issue 25321 by dpio222: When navigating Facebook, Chrome sometimes
attempts to download the page instead of viewing it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log into facebook
2. surf around a while
3. keep surfin
What is the expected result?
the pages you visit should display in the browser
What happens instead?
instead of navigating to the page, sometimes it acts as if you tried to
download the page..only the download never completes it just stays there
almost downloaded
