What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an URL with flash
2. Interact with the flash portion (for example, click to stop/start YT  
video)
3. Press command-w

What is the expected result?
The window closes.

What happens instead?
Nothing. You have to click outside the flash area for the events to be
passed to Chromium again.
