What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?
chrome doesn't have to crash and open pages beautifully...
What happens instead?
if i go to that website and i wanted to open some new pages together on
that website chrome doesn't open that pages.. it downloads it...
another problem after running somdeday suddenly all extensions and themes
gone like wind! it just crashed and when i reopened that there was nothing!
Another minor problem is silverlight is not working perfectly..
i tried www.microsoft.com but the effect is not working!
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
