This seems to rather flakily pass, at least on the trybots. The failure
rate is very high.

jcampan, could you take a look? There is a
NavigateToURLWaitForNavigationsToComplete (or similar) method in TabProxy.
Maybe that can make the test wait properly, but I'm not sure how redirects
work
internally. Feel free to reassign to me.
