Chrome Version : 3.0.195.27 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Use windows 7 to open chrome 2. Append # to url of a website which is longer dan screen-height 3. Try to scroll What is the expected result? It should scroll What happens instead? It won't scroll (mind it doesn't fail all the time.. sometimes it DOES scroll) Please provide any additional information below.
