What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load the included testcase.svg

What is the expected result?
you should see the yellow circle and the red rect that make an orange
background and a green rect on the center
What happens instead?
you can only see the green rect
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Opacity is only for testcase, it is not related to the bug.
This bug can be replicated with any shape/path that is much larger then
current viewbox
Testcase's viewbox and shapes coordinates are just for this example. Can be
replicated easily with any set of coordinates
