This issue is STILL ongoing on Windows 7 64bit Home Premium and it is SO bad that I'm having to use other browsers :( Shockwave seems to be an element too, related or otherwise. I can be chatting in google chat in my gmail window or in a pop out and then when it's minimised it REFUSES to come back. This is a CHROME KILLER, it will MAKE people use other browsers and so it needs fixing NOW. It doesn't do this ALL the time, but about 50% of the time, which is just not acceptable.
