Aha! I can reproduce this while zoomed. Thanks for the additional data!
I've changed the title to be more
accurate. Since this happens on all three platforms, I'm also changing the
OS label to OS-All. Since comment 10
indicates that it repros in Safari, adding Area-WebKit.
