Yes. The window controls are quite a few pixels to the right of where they
should
be. The radius on the corner isn't even complete because it is interrupted
by the
controls.
I see it's categorized as 'polish' but this is a basic functionality that
seems
unacceptable in any release of a popular program, let alone a browser that
gets used
daily.
