http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=26669

Chrome Version : Google Chrome 4.0.223.11 (Official Build 29900)
WebKit 532.3
V8 1.3.16.1
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US) AppleWebKit/532.3
(KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/4.0.223.11 Safari/532.3
URLs (if applicable) : http://www.winehq.org/download/deb (see "Installing
Wine:")
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
   Firefox 3.x: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browser to http://www.winehq.org/download/deb scroll down to "Installing
Wine:"
2. Click on the "click this link"
3. You should see:
Invalid url: 'apt://wine/' given, exiting
Invalid package name 'wine/'

What is the expected result?
The url should not have the trailing slash, and run the apt:// correctly
(should just go to wine, not wine/)

What happens instead?
It adds a trailing slash. (goes to wine/)
