What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the url above
2. select description text box (in the middle or somewhere)
3. Do shift-page-down to the bottom
4. Do shift-page-up to the top
6. Unselect text by pressing page-{up,down}
What is the expected result?
Text unselected
What happens instead?
all text (still) selected (and no further (shift-)page-{up,down} possible)
