What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to http://www.google.com
2. type 'b' in the search box of the page
3. a list of suggestions shows up and hit 'Down' key
What is the expected result?
It should highlight the first entry, hit 'Down' or 'Up' key again, it
should highlight the next or previous entry.
What happens instead?
It highlights the next next entry, skips one.
