Or, another way to write the repro steps:
PRECONDITION: Set New Tab Page as the homepage and select "Show Home button
on the toolbar"
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Chrome - notice focus is correctly in the Omnibox
2. Then, click the HOME button
What is the expected result?
The NTP is redisplayed with the focus still in the Omnibox
What happens instead?
The Omnibox focus is gone.
