Still reproducible with latest build. Anyway, the linked wikis uses old versions of MediaWiki, except cabalwiki (uses current version 1.15.1). So there are three possibilities here: 1. Fixed locally (with CSS/JS, etc) for Wikipedia 2. Fixed for MediaWiki version after 1.15.1 (Wikipedia uses 1.16 alpha) 3.
