Comment #6 on issue 16823 by kinuko.yasuda: Failing tests from WebKit merge

http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16823

About 83 of layout tests that involve copy-and-paste still fail on MAC due
to '<meta
charset="utf-8">' tag prepended to the selected HTML for bug 11957.
For most of them just rebaselining would be suffice, but for some cases the
meta tag
breaks the interchange-newline behavior.
Does it make sense if we remove the meta tag or handle it specially in the
paste path?
I'm going to open a bug upstream and cc some.
