Still an issue in 4.0.223.16... is there a newer version available for download? This is NOT quite the same issue as 10646. This problem exists only in Rich Text boxes-- the box scrolls down, but the cursor stays where it was, so if you type or press an arrow, the scroll bar snaps back to the top.
