What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have at least one extension installed.
2. Go to Wrench > Extensions.
3. Click "Uninstall" on some extension.
What is the expected result?
Dialog should prompt to cancel or uninstall.
What happens instead?
Dialog prompts to cancel or _install_.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Using English UI. I didn't look at translations.
