Same occurs in 4.0.224.16, but only after Chrome crash. When Chrome is restarted, this happens consistently. The first time you right-click and pull down and select a menu item, that menu item remains on the screen forever. It's semitransparent, not clickable, not movable, not touchable. It's always-on-top. Doesn't go away when you do a right-click > Refresh on the Windows desktop background.
