I don't know what happened but suddenly I had 849 bookmarks in my Google Docs. This is my about:sync. I also get the "sorry...." message in Docs when trying to deleted the duplicates. I use two betas, 4.0.223.16, and one Chromium 4.0.255.0. I don't have extensions installed. Just like Nick mentions, I think I got throttled.
