You can do that by switching to a developer channel
(http://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel), or downloading the
very
latest build from
http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/snapshots/chromium-rel-xp/
Please remember about making a backup of your profile before using a newer
version
of Chrome (Chromium uses a separate profile directory, so you don't need to
worry
about that).
