Removing 'blocked on issue 21407' for now. I asked our Russian
linguist/l10n specialist
to land apavlov's proposal asap. Once it's in, the truncation issue should
be taken
care of for Chrome 4. Needless to say, the ultimate solution would be
resolving issue
21407, but it'll not happen in the Chrome 4 time frame.
