Just to provide more info, a change was already landed to group by registry controlled domain (see http://codereview.chromium.org/404039), a change to add plus boxes next to the origins (see http://codereview.chromium.org/399030), and a change is in-flight to add the "search" box back in, to filter by origin, as http://codereview.chromium.org/435024/show.
