Same thing here.
Here is an example .html file that elicits the behavior. ^click -> open
with ->
Google Chrome.app -> 'The document “index.html” could not be opened. Chrome
cannot open files in the “HTML document” format.'
Chrome version: 4.0.249.4
OSX version: 10.6.1
