Comment #6 on issue 24980 by [email protected]: Can open multiple Clear
Browsing data dialogs.
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=24980

Just entered Issue 28755 about how you can still do Command-n and Command-t
when a modal dialog (such as
Print) is up. Those items (and "Import ...") should simply not be
available when running a modal dialog.

I don't think that having "Clear Browsing Data" be modal is bad. It seems
reasonable to expect the user to address
the issue immediately and dismiss. Should get some UI input, though.

If you want to make it a floating singleton,
http://codereview.chromium.org/220040 made the "Edit Search Engines"
dialog a singleton. I don't think it was modal in the first place. I
mention that change because it could be accessed
by the right-click menu in omnibox or from the Preferences panel,
and "Clear Browsing Data" can also be accessed
from multiple places.
